it is often said “Seeing is believing”. This is even true for sales of Engineering Product.
If you approach customer with dry stats and try to sell you product they there as enough chances that after few pages of stats his minds drift away but if you are able to show customer his final product being build – virtually then this would be more long term engagement.
This is new area of focus in the customer engagement. Next step would be virtual reality.
Where a simple “cardboard box” virtual box would useful to share the 3D world with the customer.
